Sound knowledge of corporate finance with its traditional capital market-oriented perspective is essential for specialists and managers in financial departments. Reliable knowledge in the field of financial corporate transactions, in particular mergers & acquisitions and leveraged buyouts, is also of great relevance.
The CAS Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions offer you focused training in which you learn to evaluate financing issues and financial transactions from both the company’s and the investor’s perspective and to develop holistic solutions.
The CAS Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions can be attended individually or as part of the MAS Corporate Finance. Attendance is mandatory for participants of the M&A association and MAS Corporate Finance.
