Unfortunately, there are some downsides if you are going to use the Enhancement Shaman DPS in World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade. But the Enhancement Shaman is reliant on gear and weapons just like other melee classes. To combat this, you should focus on the blacksmithing profession.
