Once they’re there, your page doesn’t just have to look good and be functional, it should encourage visitors to take the next steps towards becoming paying clients. In other words, your business website is the cornerstone of your success.  

Here are some of the most effective ways to take your business’s website from good to great almost immediately.

It may not be realistic to have a customer service representative working around the clock to answer all of your customers’ questions. Therefore, the next best thing is offering an AI chatbot. The chatbot replaces a human customer service representative by answering the most common questions, and guiding visitors through your website should they be looking for something in particular. 

Offering instant and around-the-clock answers to your customer’s questions doesn’t just make it easier for customers, it makes it easier for you. With such a hands-off approach to answering basic questions, you can focus your energy on other things, while artificial intelligence takes care of the rest.

Add New Content

One of the best ways to keep your website interesting is to add fresh and regular content. People want to stay up to date with what’s going on with your business. Whether it’s promotions, employee highlights, or a monthly newsletter emphasizing the latest events, new content encourages people to visit your website more often. Above all, it encourages Google to rank your site higher on search results, since they favor websites that add fresh content regularly.

Add A Call to Action

Once people land on your website, you can’t just expect them to take action. You have to encourage them to take the next steps with a bold call to action that encourages them to make a move. A call to action can vary depending on the nature of your business. 

Perhaps you want to ask your customers to schedule a consultation or sign up for a coupon code—the possibilities are endless. However, in order for your call to action to be effective, it should be visible, assertive, and above all something worth clicking on.

Add Video

Statistics show that video is one of the fastest-growing forms of effective content marketing. People are much more likely to stay engaged on your page if they see a video rather than a bulk of the text. While reading will never go out of style, there’s something to be said about engaging media that draws your visitors in. 

You can add a video welcoming people visiting your page, or even offer a demo on how your product or services work— get creative!
