  • Release tension and promote relaxation.
  • Regulate the body’s stress response by balancing the nervous system.

Tai Chi and Qi Gong, gentle movement-based practices rooted in TCM, help reduce stress by promoting mindfulness and enhancing the flow of Qi. Regular practice has been shown to lower anxiety, improve mood, and boost energy levels.

While TCM is highly effective for treating stress and burnout, its holistic philosophy extends far beyond symptom management. It encourages preventive care and long-term wellness by addressing lifestyle factors. A TCM practitioner may offer guidance on:

  • Sleep hygiene: Techniques to support restorative sleep.
