1. A sleep mask

Sleep is vital for our physical health and mental wellbeing, but many struggles to get enough of it. If this sounds like you, a sleep mask could be the answer to your problems. By blocking out any light that comes into your bedroom, they can help you to nod off more quickly and make it less likely that you will wake up during the night. 4. A journal

Writing in a journal has been shown to have a surprising number of benefits on our mental health and wellbeing. These include helping you to deal with anxiety and other issues, making you better focused on achieving your goals, sparking creativity, and improving your emotional intelligence. Of course, the advantages you get will depend on exactly how you use it. Try noting down three things that you are grateful for every day, writing out your concerns before going to sleep, using a journal to keep track of the progress you’re making towards your goals, or even try your hand at poetry or some other form of creative writing. Alternatively, just write whatever comes into your head and see where it leads you!
