Meditation and Mindfulness

If you prefer, you can listen to some soothing background music to help you unwind. This practice of relaxing involves observing yourself and your surroundings in a non-judgemental way. It helps to relax you physically and calms you mentally while reducing negative emotions and lowering stress levels. 

You can start by focusing on your breathing to shift the mind away from rampant thoughts while moving towards a state of tranquility.
